  Thank you for your reply, how would I go about getting money back and an order? I respect how you run your business after the reply you posted I understand the whole busy situation and having someone new, I have gotten good food that time just wasn't one of them
  
  I ordered food tonight and was pretty disappointed, the pizza crust was really hard, the cheese wasn't all the way melted.. My hoagie was empty on both ends and tasted funny.. I ordered here because I seen good reviews yet my food wasn't good at all. :(

  I recently went here and got a large pepperoni Stromboli that was very good. Today I ordered the exact same and got a product much smaller. When I realized that it was way smaller I took it back inside and the workers insisted it was the large when I know I've gotten a large and was a lot bigger. My friend eats here quite frequently and he to agrees this was way smaller than normal. Extremely disappointed and doubt I'll order from here again unless something is done about this. Looks like false advertising to me

  We have ordered Mickeys hand tossed pizza and wings before and found them both good as pizza goes and the wings were great!
  Now for the bad part, we had ordered 2 small specialty pizza's one vegetarian and one 4 meat. Since these are specialty we assumed they would be of the hand tossed variety but to our dismay they were the frozen shells. DISGUSTING! May as well threw the toppings and cheese into the pizza box and used that as the crust because that's what it tasted like, eating cardboard.My advise to Mickey is to change all your specialty pizza's to hand tossed and you will definitely increase sales.
  Mickey's has dropped down our pizza take out list.
  Where can I get an honest to goodness delicious pizza in Butler? I don't want to drive to Squirrel Hill or Forest Hills for the best.
