My guess is the advertising. I really have no idea what people believe is good pizza. The folks ordering pizza around Butler that give these places 3 or more stars must be smoking weed before ordering and will stuff anything in their mouths and "think" it's good. Good customer service is rare these days, so I tend to continue giving my money to a business that acts like they appreciate it.
